When you work one-on-one with me, we will create a container for your deepest transformation. Healing occurs when we feel safe enough to feel and express our pain. We will express by talking about it as well as emote through movements and sound.
This is a journey of BOTH/AND. Embodiment of true healing means that we can build our capacity to hold the FULL range of this human experience.
Anything FULLY felt will release.

This program is a blend of yoga and life coaching. It looks a lot like a private yoga session, but in addition to exploring movements on the mat, we also coach on your difficult circumstances or emotions within life or grief.
If finding grace for yourself through the difficult moments doesn’t come easily, this embodied approach will lead you back to a space where you can access more compassion for yourself during the most difficult times.
Each session is designed specifically for you to move through the blocks you’re facing within your present life circumstances. This is a somatic and embodied approach to healing that can help you access a deeper level of freedom because you are turning to the body and listening to its wisdom.
No matter what you might be moving through, YOU are welcome here, JUST AS YOU ARE.
WHAT Does Embodied Yoga Life Coaching look like?
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Together we will create a safe space where you can fully express and be led by your body’s wisdom.
What this journey entails:
3 months of virtual or in-person embodied yoga coaching sessions
75 or 90 minute sessions once a week
Sessions include: coaching followed by embodied, intuitive movement
Embody Healing
Through embodiment practices - intuitive movements, breath work, and nervous system regulation - you can begin to meet yourself with a gentle grace and embrace all parts of yourself.
When we allow ourselves to fully FEEL the depths of what is coming up for us, ONLY then are we able to fully alchemize and heal. This is grounded in the ancient yogic modality - Tantra.

This is a form of movement where you will tune into the body’s natural way of moving within that moment. It is letting go of the thinking mind and letting the body guide your movements. This is your potent medicine.

Don’t worry, I know life happens and sometimes you won’t be able to make it. We will add an extra week to the end of our time together to make up for the session that was missed.
