When we slow down, pause, and live more from our embodied truth, we can navigate life’s changes with a greater ease and peace.

  • GRACE is designed to be done at your pace. Each video and practice is about 3-5 min long but they are meant to come back to when you need. You can progress through the steps at a pace that feels right for you. And at the end I recommend a 30-day GRACE Challenge to really being to integrate and embody these concepts.

  • Yes! The GRACE journey is specifically designed to support individuals with various emotional backgrounds, including those with past trauma. The steps encourage gentle self-reflection, safety, and healing. Each step has a nervous system regulation tool that can be used to help your system come back into balance and ease. While deep trauma work may require additional support, GRACE provides a foundational approach to emotional healing that can complement other therapeutic work.

  • The program is offered in an easy-to-follow digital format, which includes video lessons, guided meditations/visualizations, written exercises, and a workbook. You can access it from any device and go through the material at your own pace.

  • No prior experience is required. GRACE is designed for beginners and experienced individuals alike. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to be with your experience as you move through your healing journey.

  • Yes! While GRACE is a self-paced program, I offer options for additional support, such as one-on-one coaching or group sessions within my GRACE Community. These can be a great way to dive deeper into your personal journey and receive guidance as you move through the steps.
