Working one-on-one with me, you will receive personalized yoga classes that are tailored to YOUR body, and its needs. You will receive a FREE body reading assessment at the beginning of our time together which will guide all our future sessions thoughtfully and mindfully.

    One-on-One Private Yoga

    Whether you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury or want to prevent an injury, I can help you.

    This is a great option if you are wanting to try a private yoga class. I do recommend buying a class pack to ensure we can really help you achieve your goals.

    This session will be longer because it will include a body assessment before beginning so we can ensure the yoga session is tailored according to your body.

    This can be done in person or over Zoom.

  • 4 pack of private yoga sessions with Kellen Priest, online or in-person

    4 Pack - Private Yoga Sessions

    I truly believe in the power of yoga when done consistently. You will learn to harness the power of your breath as the foundation of your practice and use it as a healing tool.

    My intention is to help you learn how to feel better with each session together.

    This package will give us time to see what is coming up in your practice and really develop your practice.

    Our first session together will be FREE and include a body assessment and discussion of your goals.

    This can be done in person or over Zoom.

  • Private Yoga Classes, 8 pack with Kellen Priest, online or in-person

    8 Pack - Private Yoga Sessions

    This is a wonderful option if you are truly wanting to commit to your practice.

    This package will allow you to go deeper in your yoga practice, really harnessing the breath with movement while building strength.

    I want to help you grow on and off the mat and I believe yoga is the perfect tool for that.

    Our first session together will be FREE and include a full body assessment and discussion of your goals.

    This can be done in person or over Zoom.

Small Group Classes

If you are looking for a personalized yoga class for a couple, a group of friends or a small event, this would be such a great way to connect deeper with yourself and others.

I also host personalized yoga classes for groups from 2-8 people.
