Hi, I am Kellen!

I am an embodied yoga life & grief coach. Life has a way of taking twists and turns, and I desire to help you navigate life’s challenges with mindfulness, compassion, and grace.

I lost my Mom in 2014 when I was 26 years old. It shattered the world I once knew and at that age, I didn’t know how to fully feel my way through the depths of grief. So, I leaned into it. Shar(e)on Lightly (my Mom’s name was Sharon) became the container in which I help others have a safe and loving space to land in the midst of grief, no matter how much time has passed.

This life and this embodied journey is one of BOTH/AND. Embodiment of true healing means that we can hold the FULL range of this human experience. We don’t push anything away, instead we are WITH our present, we honor our deepest (and darkest) emotions.

This is a space where you can come just as you are. We use the transformative power of yoga with personalized coaching to help you find peace, strength, and true healing.
